Cancellation Policy
Forums:
No charge will be made for cancellations made on or before 10 working days before an arranged event. After this date, cancellation will be charged at half rate until a 5 working days before the event. The full price will be charged for any cancellations made after this date. Delegates requesting venue alteration after 10 days before an arranged event may be subject to £15 admin fee upon circumstances.
Staff training/consultancy/audits and all other school/organisation visits:
